Steak on Hot Stone?
The stone that we use for our signature dish, Firestone steak, is imported from the UK and made of igneous rock formed by the cooling of molten magma.
We’ve designed this dish so that it’s served perfectly chargrilled on a hot stone, so you can continue cooking it to your preference, and enjoy your steak hot until the very last bite!
